Skipbeat shook his head at Build's question and was just about reply back when Logos' sudden appearance made him jump in fright. He turned to stared at the crimson optics staring at them and lightly wondered if the AI was loosely connected with the Decepticons.
He glanced at Miyuki as she asked her question before back to Logos.

"I do not fully know the questions, I can only suspect that everyone in this world abides by their own schedule. I did not handpick any of you, only hope that someone would come." Logos replied evenly.
Once in a while his bright pupil would glance at a face or two before returning back to the general crowd.

Marci was just reappearing behind Miyuki when the robotic voice boomed out. She shrugged her burgendy coat on and frowned. She thought she'd heard the thing talking when she'd run back but she wasn't sure. She stopped beside Miyuki and smiled.
"Forgot my coat."
She narrowed her eyes and squinted curiously at the screen that had emerged from the gate. She took a breath and suddenly jumped, eyes shining bright.
"Hey! You! Robot thingy! Why exactly is it that you want us here?"
She blushed slightly and intertwined her fingers, bending her hands outward and popping her fingers.
"I mean, why do you want to make friendly relations here? Are you looking to make this a new home or something? Maybe even a base of operations for something? I mean, I don't get it."
She clicked her tongue and shifted a little, tilting her head to the side. Her gaze darkened and an untrustworthy glint brightened her eyes.
"And at least give me a staright answer. I don't want to have to run circles around what I said just to catch a drift of the what you said. M'kay?"

The Professor turned to the console, holding out his computer to it.
"What did you do? My whole livelihood operates through this computer, I need it back if you don't mind. I will not attempt to hack you again, unprovoked. You have my word."
Marienna let go of him, turning, concerned, to Eumelia, who stood, ram-rod straight, resolutely ignoring the screen and the cable.
"How are you feeling?"
Eumelia snickered. "I am absolutely fine. Do not you worry. I can take care of myself."
Marienna nodded, sarcastically, every inch of her shouting 'sure you can', but she said nothing, only smiling at the Priestess, making a resolution not to let Eumelia out of her sight.

Marci couldn't help but overhear the man holding out his little computer to the screen. So the robot thing had totally fried it? She felt a twinge of irritation. She didn't know the guy but she felt like he had every right to NOT have his computer rendered completely useless. She narrowed her violet orbs at the man and studied him. He certainly seemed odd. Like herself, just in a different way. She had a feeling people accepted him more easily though. He just had that look about him. Nevertheless she huffed and looked back at the screen, raising her voice once more.
"You fried the man's computer? SO not cool! You don't go around destroying other people's things! Especially if you're trying to make friends!"
She crossed her arms and stared the robotic being down via the screen. Something simply felt off for some reason. Marci just couldn't put her finger on it.

"I apologize for my actions, but I take the security of my city to the utmost importance." Logos replied monotonously. With just his single optic showing, it was difficult to tell if the AI was showing any remorse at all.
"Hacking would have put my city in jeaprody and using viruses to hack into my systems may entail unforseen consequences. But again, I apologize. If I may, I can repair your device and return it when it is." The AI offered.
He then turned his attention on Marci, his pupil glaring down at her. "And to answer your question, I cannot leave the city even if I wish. The City and I are together. It is my body, my nerves, my limbs and I am its heart and mind. If I were to leave it via force then the City will die. And because we are two in one, I need to protect it to the extent of my powers. I do not know why I am in his alien world, I simply found myself waking up here. I do not know who my creator is, or if I even have one. Because I am a stranger to this world, it is only logical for me to pursue friendly relationships." He answered out

Marci simply sniffed and wrinkled her nose. She stubbornly refused to acknowledge his seemingly underlying remorse and looked down to the ground. She kicked at the dust and mumbled something to the effect of "Thank you" before sighing and pulling out a candy. She unwrapped it and revealed a rainbow colored hard candy, which she promptly tossed in her mouth and grinned with. She twisted the wrapper around and rolled it in between her right index and thumb fingers while stuffing her left hand in the other coat pocket. She hummed a short little tune in the silence before breaking it again.
"Sooo... What now? Anyone?"
Marci tossed the candy to the side of her cheek with her tongue and proceeded to suck on it quietly, savoring the variety of rich flavors.

"Friendly friendships?" Rei spat. "You messed up my PSP. That isn't what I call friendly." He wasn't one bit happy about the fact that he was forced to be in this darned place, with the person he seriously detest (he glowered at Shao Feng). He tightened his grip around the console.
"So, you just bring us here so that you can study us like lab rats? Just to let you know, I don't like to be watched. That's an invasion to my privacy." Though these words came out of Rei's mouth, he hate to admit that he was indeed curious about the City, about this strange being called Logos. Then another nagging feeling struck him. Could he make out of this alive, to go back to where he belong? Or would he be stuck in this forever?
Another living hell for eternity?

------------------------------------------------------------------------ Run, run, run away Lost, lost, lost my mind Want you to stay Want you to be my prize [/i][/center] As the eye spoke, Alyssa nodded along, understanding precisely what he meant. She would have done the same if anyone tried to hack her computers (she probably needed to upgrade her firewalls though, since this Logos had so easily thrown hers aside...).
Trying to ignore Zach's cat's tense fear and insane protectiveness of his master and slave (it's a complicated relationship), she lowered her gaze briefly while the others fired questions at the eye, ordering her thoughts, figuring out what questions to ask first - Michael wanted her to ask the ones regarding their safety within the city first, so she looked up, just as a boy was bursting out at the eye, furious about his wrecked game console.
Shooting the boy a haughty and irritated look (like the console could compare to losing the files on her computers - this Logos is lucky she had a fantastic memory for that sort of thing), she stepped forwards and folded her hands behind her back. "Greetings, Logos," she said in a clear voice. "I speak for my friend Michael who... is..." She glanced at Michael, who was crouched near Zach, murmuring to him to get his tail and fur down (seriously, calm down, Zach), "Um, otherwise occupied. But anyway, we came here to find out if you're gonna kill us all, and before we accept your invitation into your awesome city, d'you think you can inform us of any dangers? Like, things we can and can't do. That sort of thing. Can I bring Zach inside? I promise he doesn't chew on wires." She paused to take a breath, then burst out like she can't help herself, "What are you made of? Where did you come from? Are there more like you? Can I-?"
"Alyssa," Michael cautioned as Zach allowed him to pet his ears briefly before pressing back into Tommy, a low purr rumbling from his chest. Alyssa fell back with a scowl at Michael, crossing her arms before turning back to look at Logos expectantly.
The angel straightened and glanced over at the woman who had spoken to him before. Softly: "There is only one God, dear lady, the Father and Creator." With a smile, he bowed slightly, then turned back to Logos, expression calm. Stop making the eyes at me, I'll stop making the eyes at you And what it is that surprises me is that I don't really want you to And your shoulders are frozen (cold as the night) Oh, but you're an explosion (you're dynamite)Zach's purr reverberated through Tommy, low and soothing and he slowly got to his feet. One hand stayed firmly on Zach's powerful shoulders, feeling the muscles shift slightly under the heavy fur. He staggered just a little as Zach pressed close against his legs, steadying himself on the cat's back.
"Careful, I only just got up off the floor." Andromeda stuck close by his side, looking around warily. He reached out to touch her hand, concerned.
"You okay?" She shrugged, tightness in her voice betraying the unease that was hiding behind her haughty mask.
"I'm not really familiar with this much technology at the best of times...does it always behave like this?" Well, I bet that you look good on the dancefloor I don't know if you're looking for romance or I don't know what you're looking for I said, I bet that you look good on the dancefloor

The Professor nodded.
"Since you have trusted me, I will do so in return. Thankyou." he held out his computer in the palm of his hand, not entirely sure what Logos would do with it, but knowing that he had back-ups. In his other hand, he was tapping away at the touch-screen of his phone, severing the link between the computer and his servers. He didn't trust Logos that much. Turning, he shot a warning glance at the outraged girl.
"Diplomacy," he mouthed, then returned his attention to Logos.
"I would like to help you in your investigations into your past, if you wish to carry them out and do not object. I have a lot of experience in that field, that would perhaps be beneficial to you?" he smiled, looking forward to the opportunity to get some proper investigation done.
Eumelia sighed, audibly.
"I find someone religious in this Godforsaken place, and he is a monotheist. Wonderful." Her sarcasm was evident, and she uttered a few intelligible words, that sounded like they were meant to be obscene. Retreating further into her hood, she took out a knife again, and shifted its weight in her hands, sliding the hilt forwards and back, up and down, twisting it in her grip. She threw it, high into the air, caught it, and repeated.
Marienna whispered a "sorry" on Eumelia's behalf, squeezing the Priestess' free arm, genuine concern showing on her face.

Build nodded then moved slightly behind Delta when she heard the voice and saw the red optics, she wasn't as skittish around them as she once was but when taken by surprise like this they made her fearful.
Delta stepped protectively in front of Build and gave this logos as close of an examination as he could with out scanning or physically touching it. It became quite quickly clear this LOGOS was highly advanced easily equally Cybertronian technology from any of the universe he had been to.
"LOGOS where is it that you come from?" Delta asked while he tried to think of a way to preform a scan with out it being detected.

Logos' pupil seemed to brightened at the sight of such emotions from his guest. Whether it was surprise, irritation or intrigue was difficult to tell from the lack of a face for the AI. He seemed to focus his attention on the deathly pale one, lightly wondering if the organic was near death or afflicted by some sort of disease.
"I had nothing to do with the malfunction of your... entertainment device. I only sent a small electromagnetic pulse to the device that attempted to hack into my systems." He gave a side glance to the Professor as a cable slithered over like a tentacle and gently took the Professor's coputer. "But, if you would like, I can offer to repair it."
Before he could hear answer from the pale organic, his attention was turned to the metal-organic hybrid. She seemed rather polite, but talkative as a stream of questions poured out of her mouth like a fountain.
"I can assure you that there are no hazards within my city. I control and see everything in my city. Everything is run to the utmost efficiency and safety. The only action will prohibit within my city is an attempt to compromise my security." He answered once she fell silent. "My past remains a mystery and I do not remember much. I suspect that I am one of a kind, there are no others like me as far as I can tell. I am made of metal and circuitry and guided by programming. So far I can only tell that my sole purpose is to protect and run Silicon City."
The AI turned his general attention to his guest.
"I would greatly welcome any help to uncover my past and origins. Before coming here, I only knew what was within my city and a limit area outside my walls. All I remember seeing are stretches of barren landscape, void of any life. I realized I was somewhere else when the temperature and landscape drastically changed."

The Professor nearly smiled. "If you repair my computer with enough speed, I may well be able to detect what brought you here. If you are too slow, the traces will have left."
He sniffed the air, but it was no good, the wind would have blown anything away, or it would have dispersed beyond the threshold of human senses.
"Regardless, I would be more than willing to help you." He turned one corner of his mouth up at Logos' console in a smile.
Marienna tore her attention from Eumelia, winding her arm around Thomas' to interlink with it.
"As would I, though I don't know what I could do to help."
Eumelia shrugged. "It would give me something to do. You must know, that I do not like technology, so I can do but little." She was still obviously withdrawn, her mouth in a pout, her hands concentrating solely on her knife.

Delta considered and said " I am tech expert and inventor, I have training in engineering and field repair of electronic systems, i am a qualified expert on Xeno technology with the Realm labs, i will do what i can to try to help you discover your past. "
Build considered what Logos had said about controlling everything in the city and it felt like a trap to her, she hoped she was wrong, that her femme's intuition was wrong for once. She Also admitted to her self as an aspiring architect and former construction bot she was curious to see how this city was laid out and how it was built. One thing bothered her she could detect no life signs beyond the wall, not even any in deep stasis of any kind. Why was this city here if not to serve as a home to some manner of lifeform.
Build chose to remain silent as she trusted Delta's judgment , even though she planned to tell him of her feelings and concerns .
