o.O I found a makeup blog.
It was actually fun to read.
...
*freaked out*
*goes back to reading anyway*
It might be worth knowing?

Weird thought...
I probably wouldn't mind anyone helping themselves to my makeup so long as they don't touch my brushes and my lip gloss/lip balm/lip stick. Oh yes! And my toner. I'm rather fussy because I seldom find toners that I like.
Nail polish is definitely something that can be shared.
Why this is weird?
I still haven't gotten used to the idea of wearing makeup everyday. The amount of chemicals touching my skin freaks me out. =/
I blame chemistry and me being clumsy.
Strangely I don't seem to mind eating processed food. *hasn't start going organic yet*
*is illogical* -.-;

What's my greatest weakness?
Bracelets. I can't resist trying and even buying some. =/ I love them too much! Beads... silver... charms... stones... I have quite a few.
*fiddling with her newest bracelet*

Lol selfish tendencies and wishful thinking are funny at times...
I still can't believe I actually wished time would adapt itself to my schedule. It would be the worse case scenario since I'm not considering how others feel about it. =P Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.

There is no guarantee that what you write or create will appeal to people out there. I don't know the more I read reviews the more I feel respecting the readers and/or viewers out there is important. We live in an information age after all. Make that the age of information overload!
^.^; Basics of writing?
I seem to be going back to the basics again. Re-thinking one's perceptions isn't easy, but I don't want to insult anyone when I write.
Side note: Censorship is a prickly issue with most people, but if we can get sued for things like slander after people read our novel, will that change how people view writing in the future? It depends on the genre we are writing for? Honestly, I have no idea. I guess taking into account the genre the author wrote for is important. Some things are a big no-no especially for certain genres.
I'm so not jumping the gun and say that this will open the floodgates for similar lawsuits in the future. It's plain stupid. Tempting though. Lol...

Going to be slow for the next few days.
Packing + studying isn't the ideal combination. =P I'm more excited about my trip than my exams. I wonder how my friend's preparation is coming along? She's going off to Germany to see her bf. o.O especially her scarf. She was still knitting it the last time we met.
Do hope to catch up with the MSN peeps whenever I can! x.X

Paper clips, sticky notes and highlighters are great. =3 *Hot pink, *lime green, *purple, orange and yellow highlighters. Stripped paper clips, polka dotted paper clips and *pastel crocodile clips.
Good thing I decided to limit the colors this time round. >< My notes looking like Neon District is the last thing I want. At the moment.

I would say I miss multiple choice questions, but after looking at the entrance exam paper format, I changed my mind. I won't comment more about the format at the moment. All I know is that I have to study harder. *fingers crossed* If all goes well...
The sad thing is that they say it's hard to get a good score the first time round. So another two to three years worth of preparation?
*still hoping to continue*

intextuality, n.
plural in·ter·tex·tu·al·i·ties
the complex interrelationship between a text and other texts taken as basic to the creation or interpretation of the text
intertextual adjective intertextually adverb
I first encountered this word in a communications module almost three semesters ago, but I still find it applicable till today. Games, stories, everything has them. Advertisements especially! By watching or reading the content and appreciating the message behind it, you get insights into the mind of the creator. You will see what he or she knows and how they see the world. =P Well, at least I hope I will. The mind is too complex at times!

Does anyone here like jazz and piano? I'm trying to find more songs to add to my list of favorites but keep drawing a blank. I don't mind duets for pianos, but I'd prefer it to remain acoustic. Jazz, I'm still exploring so I'm not very particular.

Crows and cornfields...
No matter how sinister it feels really quaint. =/ Not in a bad way. Homey I guess. I guess it's because crows and cornfields often go together? Personally I prefer squirrels and crows on telephone wires or monkeys climbing up the veranda. That's something more fascinating. Monitor lizards too! Hahaha when I first saw one, I thought it was a komodo dragon. That's uber fail!
