Waiting for a friend at bugis. Doing a bit of reflection as I read The Mother Factor. I don't know what lies ahead but hey I guess I am not afraid anymore. Well I am. But I shouldn't always let my life be ruled by what others think of me. Not too much. Wish me luck as I try to reach some kind of destination.

*rofl* goodness from Comma? Gosh I hate small screens. >.< It keeps making me squint...
Has anyone watched He Said She Said before? =3 I like the idea of co-authored articles because you have someone to pit your wits against and to discuss the topic.
Anyone wants to ... try? ^^; For the fun of it?
It need not be research intensive me thinks...

Smile! I'm here for you. If you fall, I'll stretch out my hand to help you up. If you land in the mud, I will try to resist joining you and offer you my handkerchief instead. If someone bullies you, erm... something tells me that standing up for other people's rights hurts. A LOT! Oh well that's what friends are for eh? Random lecture thoughts!

I need to find a form of catharsis. Something that will get me out my current mood. I don't care if I sleep the entire day tomorrow, but I really need to snap out of it. I was literally sitting on the bench class staring into space. I don't feel anything except a suffocating numbness. Weird. Nothing interests me. Food tasted stale. Lol perhaps this is a good way to lose weight. Guess everyone goes through this. Is that suppose to be comforting? Talking is a nice distraction. Snap out of it!

I want an ipod badly. Not the itouch though. Thinking of the ipod classic. Music makes me happy but I feel wasteful spending that amount. >< Maybe my second paycheck?

If I go back to California, I'd love to go to Fisherman's wharf. I can stare at the sea all day. It makes me feel melancholic but it's absolutely beautiful. Frightening and beautiful. Nature is a gift to be treasured. The trees... The rain... >< *hopes the relevant parties aren't insulted*

Do you want to be immortal? No, I can't see myself as anything but human. >< I'm so different from what I imagine the immortals or immortals-to-be are like. I'm completely flawed and fallible. Much more flawed than I'd ever want want to admit. :/

Warning: This post probably mirrors what Eli posted a while back. How can I say that I'm good at anything? There is always someone better. Haha for everything I thought I'm good at, I can easily name at least one person better than me. And that is why I consider myself mediocre. Unless being good at nothing is considered a talent in itself. *amused* (Inspired by a convo with a friend)

Finding out that the word chicken in chicken pox means cowardly didn't help. ~.~ Maybe it should, but I never had small pox so I wouldn't know the difference. Yup as you guys must have guessed. Chicken pox is supposedly a "whimpier" form of small pox.
