Bio: Impatient, overeager, usually ten miles down the road before other Throttlebots have shifted into gear. Likes to brag about past exploits and future conquests. Very popular. In car mode, can cruise at 240mph. Excellent vision -- can see long distances in three directions at the same time. Possesses an array of radar dishes positioned under roof in car mode. Prone to drive shaft and transmission problems.

As a warrior, Chase's only outstanding asset is his staunch courage, but it's his attitude that earns him his many friends in the Autobot ranks. Yes, he's a motormouthed braggart and rather full of himself, but his storytelling skills are so fantastic that few mind when he monopolizes the conversation. Combine that ability with the enthusiastic, superficial friendliness and charisma of a talented politician, and it's no wonder Chase is well liked, despite his flaws.


Many of Chase's missions are rather routine; radar is his specialty. He can detect objects as small as Toaster on the horizon, and see a tennis ball two miles away—three of them, in fact, at the same time, in three different directions.

He has a top speed of 240 MPH, makes sense as he is a Ferrari.

He was voiced by Danny Mann who also voiced these G1 characters:

Function: Tracker
Motto: When the going gets tough, the tough get driving.
Bio: Impulsive, loves to take chances, put his life on the line. Speaks in corny, macho cliches, which unintentionally elicits laughter from the other Throttlebots. Extremely agile in jeep mode; can go into flips and rolls with very little loss in speed. Has built-in chemical sensors, radiation detectors, audio and video recorders to assist his tracking.

Rollbar always gives 110%. He's neither very strong nor very fast, but he's got heart, and a vast arsenal of corny, macho cliches to pepper his speech. Though the other Throttlebots are inclined to roll their optical sensors when he starts laying the Cybertronian bullslag on too thickly, his gung-ho attitude has earned the respect of them all, and when the higher-ranking veteran Goldbug is not around, Rollbar is the acting leader of his very democratic team.

Rollbar makes good use of his low power in vehicle mode. He is a rubber-tired acrobat, able to jump like a cybergoat and run like a turbodeer. This is fortunate; he has little or no firepower, and if caught out has little choice but to run away. He does have radiation and chemical sensors to assist his tracking missions, and audio-video equipment to record his findings, or perhaps the big game.

Bio: Wheelie is the sole survivor from a party of intergalactic colonists who crash landed on Earth. Hes a barbaric little savage who managed to stay alive by cunning, stealth, and fearlessness. Speaks in odd rhyming sentences and despises the Decepticons. Fights only when he's under attack and has to defend himself. Staunch friend to the Dinobots and a reliable ally for Hot Rod and Kup.

Although his Bio says he crashed on earth he was introduced in the 1986 animated movie as having crashed on Quintessa, where the Dinobots found him.


Wheelie became Daniel Witwicky's ( The son of Spike and Carly Witwicky) best friend, Which makes sense as both are children.


Transformers fans have a love hate relation with Wheelie, some love him while others love to hate him. Only the IDW created Drift rivals Wheelie in this respect!

He was the only new mold for the 1986 minicars , the rest were repaints.

Wheelie is an odd case his cartoon portrayal and his toy bio are very much at odds with each other. he much milder and more child like in the cartoon.
