The streets snakes its way from the municipal center all the way to a bright yellow door at the end of Picadilly Way. Some say that it disappears underground after that. The local thugs often break out in turf wars trying to maintain their hold on this mercantile paradise. Despite the exorbitant rents, the prices are a steal. Rare books, bizarre clothing, exotic pets, weaponry - you name it, they have it. Be sure you buy a map along the way; not all shops are located along the streets. Enter a random building and you'll see what we mean.
(@eli, Rae, and Bas: OMG I'M SO SORRY GUYS!!! D: I meant to have this set up the other day like I said I would but the past couple days have just completely booted it out of my my mind. Thanks Bas for reminding me ^^; Feel free to poke me any time I say I'm going to do something and don't. Some times real-life turns me into a complete scatterbrain. ><)

about the prison break...
Comma and I were wondering if you guys had anything in mind? ;D We'd love to hear it!

Well, he's still unnamed, but I'll work around that; it fits, since he prefers no one know his name, anyway. In short, he's a spy of sorts who was locked up in Ward A of the hospital after being caught; the hospital, both because it's higher security and they seem to think he might be infected with something. He's an adept astral traveler of some variety or other, and can possess people I'm assuming as he's not even in his own body at the moment.
His spying mission wasn't exactly done when he was locked up, and now there's something else tacked onto his workload, so someone's being sent to get him out. As you can't see into the rooms in Ward A at all, the person being sent to break him out will likely open up a few more cells in the process of looking for him; and thus, slight break-out problem.
That said, I don't even know exactly what the other part of his mission is. He's not exactly very forward with me when he is around. ~.~

I don't think he'll be jumping between our Muses; he usually kills his "shells" before possessing them to keep them from fighting back once he's in control. He has a body of his own, which he'll probably switch to once he's out of his cell, but it's not even his original body apparently. So since he's mostly taking over corpses, it's complete takeover, in mind and function.
If there's a breakout, my Matsu will be sent as well >.> The hospital and police agency are connected buildings because the police take shifts guarding Ward A quite a lot. Matsu's a detective there, but he's been having to do a lot of the jobs no one else wants to do around the agency lately. I have a feeling a mass breakout from Ward A will be a job no one really wants to deal with.
*pokes Rae's NPC thief as well* Any idea when he's coming? =D

You might have to wait until he gets his body back, he tends to prefer using it for social outings.  He really does >.> Tipperary Police Agency isn't fond of him because he's a bit of a goody-two-shoes compared to most of them. He refuses to be bought out by criminals, so they don't let him work active duty much unless they actually need someone caught. He can't work in Musehattan because some of my muses are criminals and he's friends with them and refused to turn them in. >< Flannery! x3 *spazzy moment* *adores Irish names* Weeelll, I'm fine with him coming in whenever, just waiting for Eli's and Bas' opinions. ^_^ You're welcome to post one if you like. I'd post one for still-unnamed, but I don't exactly know enough about him yet. Just his general personality. |

=/ I have a question though... should Master Flannery enter the RP before the prison break or after? My other muse in the Hospital thread has been waiting... (and growing a bit impatient). She complained she's running out of coins to but into the locker. [Apparently she doesn't know patience is a virtue...]

Hehe, okay. Well, Seamus Flannery was born and raised in Westcliff. As soon as he was old enough, Seamus went to work for Prof. Faraday when Reaver Industries was still Faraday Industries. He loved seeing the inventions and working in the factories. But when King Logan had Prof. Faraday arrested and accused of being a traitor, Reaver took
over and work conditions took a complete 180. He wanted to prove Prof. Faraday wasn't a traitor and that the real issue was Reaver, so he broke into the main factory late one night to steal anything he thought would be of use. But the gaurds caught him. Since Reaver wasn't there, he didn't get killed and was, instead, sent to Ravenscar Keep and accused of theiving and espionage. When a group of prisoners escaped, he ran and ended up in the muse world; where he resorted to stealing to survive...but he still hates and fears Reaver. And...yeah. That's dear Master Flannery's bio. Well, history. *shuts off dramatic music* In looks, he's average height and tan (was a smuggler as a teenager) with audubrn hair and dark eyes. He's got a very strong accent as evidence of where he's from, and freckles. He's also a bit bulky, making him seem squat in appearance. ^^;
Hmm...maybe he should show up before the muses find out? Marcus could wheedle the info of the break out out of him? *doesn't mind either way* Kai's a little impatient to begin, tbh. >_>

Not just Flannery, but Seamus Flannery!!! x3 *squee* Does the strong accent happen to be Irish-like? O.O *threatening to relapse back into spazz mode* *calms self* This is what happen when Al and Pat and Don aren't around for long periods of time. *going through Irish muse/OC withdrawal*
Anyway, my borderline insanity aside, I love his profile and look forward to meeting him =3
I like that idea. That way our muses have some knowledge of the breakout and aren't caught totally blind. I'll be keeping an eye on the Hospital thread to see when my guy is breaking out; I'm already subscribed to it from a previous RP there, so that works out rather well. ^_^
