This is my plot bunnies area. If I have any minor bunnies I wish to keep track of, I'll place them here, in this format:
Name of Bunny: Fandom: Muse(s) that sic'd it on me: What the bunny insists I write:
If the bunny turns into a project, then I probably will create a separate thread for it, so that I can keep track of the minute details. This is just for general ideas.

Name of Bunny: The 6-year-old with a death note bunny Fandom: Death Note Muse(s) that sic'd it on me: Pat and Akino, mostly. What, you might ask, in the hell caused them to work together? They thought the idea was freaking hillarious. What the bunny insists I write: A six-year-old gets a hold of a death note, a plain one without "death note" written on the cover in any way, just a black notebook, and decides to start using it as her journal.

Name of Bunny:Shinigami Madness Fandom: Death Note Muse(s) that sic'd it on me: Al and Akino, who apparently will work together on some things. What the bunny insists I write: One shinigami attempts to kill a young child to gain the years it's running low on, another shinigami saves said child due to some sort of emotional attachment--how is the life of the second shinigami (who dies due to saving a human) distributed in this case, how much is the child aware of, and what could this lead them to do? Possibly will be connected to the case of Beyond Birthday.

Name of Bunny: The Mirror Bunny Fandom: Original Muse(s) that sic'd it on me: Cornelius. YEARS ago. He's also got Janus helping him pester me now. And they refuse to leave me alone about the research -_-' What the bunny insists I write: Superstition says that ghosts can get trapped in mirrors, but what sort of land exists beyond the mirrors for the ghosts to get trapped within?

Name of Bunny: Molten Demigod Bunny Fandom: Original Muse(s) that sic'd it on me: Akino. At total random one day. What the bunny insists I write: Akino's exact words: "What if there's something at the center of the Earth that's working its way up that's causing all of these crazy earthquakes and volcanic activity and sh-t? Hey, that would make a good story. You should work on it while I go find some apples. *leaves*" So now I'm stuck with it. I'm thinking a race of demigods that more or less determine the "lifeline" of the planet, which reach the surface at the time of Armageddon, at which point they wreak havoc and generally destroy all living things.

Name of Bunny: Murdering Demon Bunny Fandom: Original Muse(s) that sic'd it on me: Al. Just now. I've been thinking about it for awhile, but he decided to expand on it when I just randomly thought of it again. What the bunny insists I write: A devout Catholic man who doesn't realize he is possessed by a powerful demon is killing other members of his church during the blackouts caused by this possession. The story wouldn't let on right away that he is possessed, he would rather begin suspecting it later on in the story.

Name of Bunny: I See the Moon Fandom: Original Muse(s) that sic'd it on me: Akino, mostly, but now Al, Don, and Cornelius are all helping him. What the bunny insists I write: This was inspired by a story my brother's mother-in-law told me about when my sis-in-law was a kid and she used to sleepwalk. She heard the door open one night and went out to investigate, and found Tash (my sis-in-law) in the front lawn, staring up at the moon and singing part of a nursery rhyme over and over: I see the moon And the moon sees me The moon sees the somebody I'd like to see She had sleepwalked outside, and was still asleep while doing this, so she had no idea what was going on when her mom woke her up. I think she was around six at the time, if I'm not mistaken. I decided I wanted to use that in a story, and Akino decided he wanted to pester me into coming up with something for it. I've got so far, it'll be written from the POV of a young girl's divorced father--the girl is possessed by a demon/evil spirit associated with the moon or nighttime, and the story would include that very scene above, as well as the idea of night terrors and things similar. I want to keep it as true to "real" accounts of demon possession as I possibly can, and will include many similar things, so this will involve a lot of research on my part.

Name of Bunny: Word Processor of teh Fail bunny Fandom: Death Note, with a lovely tribute to a Stephen King short story Muse(s) that sic'd it on me: It was one thought up by Akino originally, but he abandoned it for more serious fics. Now Pat has picked it back up and is waving it in my face. D'll probably get to help on this one as well since it's total crack. What the bunny insists I write: Well... The general gist of it is that the entire story of Death Note was written by L while he was at Watari's orphanage, who's penname was Tsugumi Ohba (the story-writer of Death Note). Unfortunately, he wrote it on a word processor that Watari invented based on the word processor in Stephen King's Word Processor of the Gods, which makes anything written on it come true. L didn't realize this until after the story was finished, so it was all set to come into existence later on. Watari had Roger destroy the word processor. Unfortunately, we later find out that it wasn't destroyed, Watari just chucked it in a garbage dump, and its dormant power later sent it to our world, where a Death Note fan began writing fanfictions on it--largely crackfics, sending the Death Note fandom into other worlds, etc. It's not meant to be anything serious, just something fun for spare time. Pat's now working on developing the plot itself more and is consulting the Alpha-Bits box that D is currently imprisoned in for advice on things.

Name of Bunny: Soul Eating bunny Fandom: Original Muse(s) that sic'd it on me: Akino What the bunny insists I write: Well, when Akino was first talking about it, he was referring to them as "zombies," but now he's just calling them soul eaters. It's a working name. Basically, they're undead, and like zombies they're afflicted with an endless hunger. Unlike zombies, that hunger isn't for human flesh--it's for the human soul. They are capable of consuming souls, and can take on some physical features of the person whose soul they last consumed for a limited time, as well as gain some intelligence and personality qualities of that person. The problem I'm having now, is how are more of them created? I'm thinking that if a soul eater consumes only a portion of a person's soul, then that person is turned into one themselves--they hunger for souls because theirs is incomplete. Now it's just a matter of figuring out how this entire thing was spread. It's like zombie apocalypse--you can still kill them by severing their head/shooting them in the head, but they work differently. They don't always group together, and tend to stick to smaller groups to trick people, as most of them appear alive for a limited time while they have souls. I'll add more onto this as I go along. Now that I've started working with it more, it's rather interesting.

Name of Bunny: Haunting a Ghost Bunny Fandom: Original Muse(s) that sic'd it on me: Akino. I really need to stop letting him watch horror movies -_-' What the bunny insists I write: Last night, watching another Asian horror flick, Akino goes, "I wonder if a ghost can haunt another ghost... *prods Comma* You can do something with that, right?" I haven't got much for it right now, but I'm definitely thinking of taking up the challenge. Maybe a person that was haunted in life by a malevolent spirit looking for revenge dies an early and tragic death and comes back as a ghost, and because the malevolent spirit still has unfinished business with them, it continues to haunt them even after they've died. *shrugs* Still working on it, like I said.

Name of Bunny: Zombie Apocalypse, Death Note Style Fandom: Death Note Muse(s) that sic'd it on me: Akino. Yeah, again. Yeah, I know, I need to get him off the horror movies. What the bunny insists I write: How would a zombie apocalypse in Deathnote-Verse affect the Shinigami here? Can a Shinigami kill a zombie, and if so, how does it affect their lifespans, given that zombies are already "dead" in a manner of speaking?

Name of Bunny: Amazing Metal Box Bunny Fandom: Original Muse(s) that sic'd it on me: I'm honestly not sure. Might've been Akino, but could have easily been Al or Don. Whoever did it was awfully ninja-like about it. What the bunny insists I write: Well, it's all based around this strange dream my sis-in-law's sister had, where her and a group of other people including me, my sis-in-law, my brother, and their kids were being chased by some group of people, and we ended up having to lock ourselves inside of this metal box at the top of this building, which (somehow, because it was some really special metal apparently) couldn't be penetrated by radiowaves or anything. So over the years, we had to stay there. We could leave, but had to keep away from main roads and try to keep out of sight for the most part. We ended up starting our own society where we even grew our own produce... in a metal box at the top of a tall building, yes. Don't ask me how, wasn't my dream. But this does have some interesting elements that I might want to use in some sort of thriller/suspense or even sci-fi writing.

Name of Bunny: Death Note theory bunny Fandom: Death Note Muse(s) that sic'd it on me: My guess would be either B or Akino. I'm thinking B since Akino's asleep. What the bunny insists I write: Hasn't got a plot yet, but rather just a couple details that a plot could be based around. Basically, explaining the reason a Shinigami has to stay with a Death Note user at all times, and why a Death Note user loses their memories after giving it up.
The reason: They are possessed, in part, by the spirit of a Shinigami. Perhaps the reason why Shinigami don't really seem to have pity on the living, why they kill out of necessity rather than want (because they generally don't seem to want much of anything), is because they were created with their spirit and their conscience outside of their bodies--sealed within their Death Note.
When a human picks up the Death Note, it forms a bond with the human that picked it up, then, and sort of possesses them. This is why the Death Notes have the power to kill--the souls of the Shinigami are bound to them. This is why, even after a Shinigami dies, their Death Note still works--their corporeal form is only that, and their true essence is in the confines of their Death Note. This is why Shinigami simply turn to ash and dust when they "die," because there's no soul to leave their body in the first place.
If I use this idea in a fanfiction, I'm not exactly sure of how it would work. But all I could think of it as was a plotbunny. Just another random theory on Shinigami, really.

Name of Bunny: 100 Ways to Kill a Vampire bunny Fandom: Original Muse(s) that sic'd it on me: I'm not sure, to be honest. They were being sneaky. I suspect it was Pat and/or Akino. What the bunny insists I write: Stemmed from a random discussion with my family on amusing ways to kill a vampire, after seeing a commercial involving a tanning bed, when my brother said that tanning beds look like futuristic coffins and that in the future we won't be able to tell the difference between vampires and humans. At which point my sister-in-law's sister pointed out, that a tanning bed would kill a vampire anyway, because of the UV rays.
So we ended up discussing similar things, including but not limited to somehow burning an upside-down cross symbol onto the forehead of a vampire, which would weaken it significantly to begin with, and then hanging it upside down on your front porch to ward off other vampires.
I am now determined to come up with exactly a hundred amusing ways to kill a vampire, and turn each of them into a oneshot/short story type deal.

Name of Bunny: Zombie Fungi Bunny Fandom: Original Muse(s) that sic'd it on me: Sean--he's a new one who's profile has yet to be put up, yeah. He was reading this over my shoulder and went, "Huh. Hope that doesn't mutate to start effecting humans." What the bunny insists I write: Basically, it would involve the fungus mutating to start effecting humans, ushering forth the fungal apocalypse... or something like that. But seriously, mind-controlling fungus just seems awesome and intriguing-like, somehow.
