New House ((RANT!))

So we finally moved in. -yay- Now, to make this clear, at first I was apprehensive of the new house but I really like it now. When we bought the house we knew there was one problem: we live right next to one of the busiest roads in the city. Believe it or not...we're already pretty used to the traffic sounds. Onne of our neighbors warned us that they play their music loud, but they've been relatively quiet and their daughter and I are okay with each other.

The biggest problem, and the reason for this post, is that our other neighbor blasts their crummy music late at night. Last night they were throwing a party, and god was it fudging loud. An alleyway seperates our houses and mum and I could still hear it clearly. I wanted to hurt 'em...or throw a rock over there. >_> I just don't understand their logic.

It's not like I can go over there and tell them, "Hi. Can you please stfu so I can sleep?" So...yeah. Now we've gotta live with it. -censor- Other than getting earplugs...can anyone suggest how to deal with these people? >_<

Yea, tell the authorities and report a disturbance of peace.
But don't jump off that gun first, it would be too extreme.
Rather, go talk if those neighbors and tell them if they would be kind enough to lower their volume when playing music at night. Or you don't have to if this is the first time they do it seeing as they had a party.
