@ Eli: Uuuuugh character voices. I have main characters in two unconnected novels I'm semi-actively working on that sound like Graham Norton and Patrick Stewart, and I don't even know why. I just know it's very distracting.
Can I please stop being sick now? It makes writing anything worthwhile next to impossible...

And epic timing is epic. I've just got to the First Kinslay part fo this fanfic and Immigrant Song comes up on my Sansa. It fits perfectly... only I've stopped writing to rock out to it.

When I try to mimic their voices, the ones not being mimicked get off on it. XD Other than Reaver...he seems to find amusement even when I mimic him. And Vergil only laughs/smirks when I imitate Dante. *ponders*  He does? *blinks curiously* At the moment, Garth sounds like Samuel L. Jackson, to me. And Victoria sounds like what's-her-name who was the MC of Sucker Punch.... @_@ So weird. *wants their voices to go back to normal right now* Granted, Garth sounding like Jackson is kinda awesome.... |

@rae: Half my muses sulk at me when I try to imitate them, the other half just roll their eyes and leave the room. Except Janus. He seems to think it's a game. "Let's change my voice until Comma can't mimic it anymore!" ~_~
Samuel L. Jackson! xD I honestly don't think I could take that were it one of my characters. Jackson is immortalized in my mind as Mace Windu. I still have trouble with him as Nick Fury and always end up referencing how he must have an eye patch because of a terrible lightsaber accident and getting eyes rolled at me.
@ Eli: Yeeeeaaah, he kind of is a villain. Like main villain of the series. Also a muse, so I can't laugh about it long without getting sulked at.... Aaaand Immigrant Song? o.o As in Zeppelin?

LOL Ditto, actually. ._. I'm glad Garth is just a friend of Reaver's best friend/Victoria's dad. He's actually voiced by Ron Glass (who I just realized was actually in a movie with Samuel L. Jackson...), but yeah. @_@ LOL Ditto! He was epic as Mace Windu...though he's also awesome in Snakes On A Plane. >_>

So for Camp I'm in Rae's cabin. Which is great; I love our cabinmates XD
But none of us have insomnia... so yesterday I went to bed at 10 after a slow day of cabin posts, getup at 8 and find that all the Americans (ie everyone else who's active) are talking from midnight till 6 then nothing. timezones! -shakefist- Actually this is probably just as well considering how much I'm squeeing over characters... and maybe the person from Ireland will make a late entry and keep me company during the day.

I wish I had the inspiration for NaNo.... *sigh* But I never get put in cabins with the people I ask for anyway, so it's better I wait until November.

My new and intensely self-absorbed muse has prodded me into doing his novel for Camp, citing that he's "certain it must be planned nearly enough by now," though not really caring whether or not it is.
So I guess I'm doing Camp after all. Oy....
I have a chapter done already, so to be fair I'll just be working on revising that first chapter for the first two or three days, then starting actual proper writing after I'm done with that.
But I'm still not going to be in a cabin with anyone I know. This is why I never went to actual camp growing up. T-T

Erm...newest muse, he just showed up barely a week ago at the most and started bossing me around about the short stories I'm working on for magazine submission. No profile for him or anything except the mini one in my condensed muse profiles page in my journal; he's the last on the list there. Thanks!! And can I do that? I requested you and Elinde, but I did last time as well and didn't get put with either of you then. |

lol only if you feel like it ^^; I won't be exposing him to much of anyone until I have some assurance he'll be nicer to others than he is to me. That's probably because he is from Underworld ^^; Best thing I got out of it was a new match for Akino. Well, for his right side at least, not his left. Worst thing I got out of the movie was a complex over Michael Sheen's forehead....  If only there was ;_; I need to type up a summary for my novel. Only posted an excerpt so far... Oh!! And I have a cover this time!! :'D *rushes off to resize and upload* |

Hopefully? Though I'm afraid he's only going to get along with other immortal beings, based on his current attitude... ;_; Er, and cats.
And he's Irish!! Drove me nuts he couldn't settle on an accent in the movie at times, but his being Irish made up for it. And yes, Michael Sheen's forehead. It's oddly disproportionate with his face. O.o And once I noticed, I couldn't just unnotice.
I hate doing summaries.... I'm virtually never happy with mine. Amazingly I'm all right with the one I've just done for this novel. Hopefully this is a good sign.
*agrees* v_v I wish the drawing-bug would come bite me again. I'm sure my sketchpad must be lonely....
