Haha. I guess I am. XP I find it a nice way of telling someone their posts are nice without having to write in their journal. I know I can in some threads, but I still feel bad. And, no you haven’t. How did they react? =3
*hugs* Nursing really sounds like a demanding course! I can’t help being curious about hospital duties. XP Mind telling me more? You are the only friend my age who is doing nursing. Most of my friends landed up in either liberal arts or engineering (surprisingly… most of them are girls). Yeah engineering is still perceived as a “very guy” type of major. =/ To me at least. Not sure about the rest.
Sure! =P Go ahead and add me. Type in Carpo Pong. I think the rest will find you quickly in enough. Dawn is always quick to add people. ^_^
Yeah, I think you are right. Mum and I suspect that it might be my bro’s com eating into the bandwidth. -.-; I wish I was more com literate. It’s hard diagnosing without any background knowledge and mum isn’t keen to keep asking our com tech guy to come over.

My friends like it. You know what i think? I think those small minded persons pretended not to have read that post. LOL. Was I mean? -I'm so bad- Now, that quote is stuck in my mind. Every time i see people laughing and back biting people, i imagine that their x ray film revealed a very tiny dot where their brain should be. (now that is really mean, what is with me today?) I think anyone can be a nurse if they just focus on it. It is indeed difficult. We have regular classes and regular tests! And if you don't get the passing grade, you have to take the test again and again until you pass it. ;_; got post test 3 before. I wasted a lot of paper for the test. Err... we go on duties at different shifts. Our schedules are posted on the bulletin and stuff like that. we go to different hospitals and different areas in the hospital. emergency room, labor room, clinics, operating room and wards. different demands for each place. -sigh- Wow, really? I'm the online? XD If you lived where I am now, you would have dozens(no, thousands) of friends who are enrolling for nursing. As a matter of fact, in our school, we have over 1000 students who are in their senior year. I'm one of those people. LOL Engineering is like 'math storm' So much math. I hear my friends complain how difficult it was to stay in that course. Your friends must be really intelligent!!! Our engineering students here are mostly guys, though there are a few more girls now than before. I have to search more thoroughly. Your name won't appear in my search results I'll keep looking! Dawn's amazing! She's so active and friendly. I miss her. I have the same problem!! Whenever the computer keeps lagging, i throw a fit. 'What happened to the computer? Did you guys download something, etc." My dad is like your mom. It takes weeks before the technician gets here to fix the problem. I cried once because the computer was too slow, i was so irritated. Sorry, you have to read that rant. I feel ranty today. You should ask the technician questions to learn more about your computer. ^^ At least, when he's not around, you're there to fix minor com problems.

It’s okay. Everyone has their day. *hugs*
How was your weekend?
Hahaha… yup! You are the online. ^^ The other is our family friend. Wow thousands! Nursing must be really popular where you live. *shakes head* I can imagine the competition in your faculty. Is it very competitive? The popular faculties at my university are super competitive.
^^ They are. Very hard working too. Lol… I guess engineering must be changing in your uni as well? *wonders if the same is happening with the guys* Are more guys entering the more female dominated majors?
D= Awwwww. Try typing my email instead? saenorris@hotmail.com. I found a Joanne Abapo when I checked Facebook. I sent a friend request. I hope I got the right account. =P
Thanks for the suggestion! ^^ Haha I usually walk away. -.-; *is a lazy Basil* Admittedly, computer related stuff and mathematics scares me. I have a mental block every single time I encounter either.
Oh! Did you watch Harry Potter Part 1?

-hugs- well, i can't say i really have a weekend since we still have classes on saturdays i have free time on sundays but it's not enough -sigh- spent time at my bf's house watching a movie. and on sundays i go for aikido classes which leaves me with cramps the very next day. >< I can't really say they are competitive. To be honest, there are a few teachers who are slackers. some are hardworking. Yes, there are so many of us nurses. it worries me. you see, there were those students who graduated ahead of us who still haven't found a job and i don't want to end up like that. most of them who got to work though had to settle for call centers. it's depressing really. well... there are more guys now that took nursing as well. most of them were gay though. it's a shame 'cause they are usually good looking. I'm not sure how it really is with engineering. I just heard stories from friends who took the course. and they are from other schools. my college is more on the medical field/ courses. I added you! you are pretty good at finding me. that's my real name ^^ how did you figure out it was me? i was like that at first. i can't blame you either for feeling that way. all this technology lessons are not so easy to understand. they get more and more complicated. not yet. i wanted to get my hands on a dvd or a ticket for it. -sobs-

*fingers crossed* I hope the job market picks up soon. Hmmmm will you ever plan on going overseas if you can't find a job in the Philippines?
*g* I love the vid you posted on facebook! Do you watch Onion often?
Awwww hope you'll be able to soon! =(
*tired but happy* My exams just ended and I'll be heading off to Thailand for 3 weeks. x3 Not much rest though. Visiting relatives and family friends.
And I still can't believe it's Thanksgiving in the States. o.O So fast!

That's the idea. Most of us plan to work in the Philippines temporarily only for experience. And when we do get the required experience, we will look for jobs overseas. LOL, you saw that one, huh? Makes you want to think twice before posting anything on your facebook. Well, i don't really watch the onion often. I just happened to find it on youtube and thought it was hilarious! How about you? Thanks, Basil! You travel a lot. Lucky you. ^^ Are you close to your cousins and other relatives? YEAH, and ,not to mention, it's almost Christmas! 0_0

Hardly. Hahaha I only heard my friends talking about it before. This was the first episode I watched, I believe. Yeah! It does make you think twice, not really about posting, but adding your parents. =\ Dunno but I'm starting to think that modern parenting is hard. How do you actually keep track of what your kids do online and in real life? You can contact them 24/7 but they might not want to respond.
XP Not very. Only a few of them. I'm cousin number 13. The youngest is too young and the oldest is almost as old as my youngest uncle. x.X That's around late 30s early 40s. Not too sure of his exact age. How about you? Are you very close to most of your cousins?
Christmas! =D It's the 3rd. So 22 more days? How do you guys celebrate Christmas in the Philippines?

That's true. Someday we are going to face those problems, when we become parents. It's hard to make other people follow what you say because they will always want to have their own way, even if they know it's not good. No. We live far apart. We do get along very well when they visit our house and stay for a few months. ^^ I like it because they are about the same age as I (a little older but not totally old) We party all night. drink, eat, talk with friends, dance, karaoke, fire works and stuff like that. ^^ Some even go caroling to the neighbors houses. How do you guys spend christmas?

=( *agrees* Well I will probably feel a little like a hypocrite to. I remember my Mom teaching me that lying is bad. I learnt later on that white lies are okay. -.-; Lol, do you feel that way? Didn't realize it till my friend pointed it out yesterday. Real ironic! We were laughing about it over lunch.
Seeing your cousins this Christmas? ^.^ *likes hearing about cousins getting along*
Wow! Fireworks! I haven't played any in ages. I still am hoping to do so in the future. Karaoke is something I have yet to try. And if I were to ever visit the Philippines during this period I'd love to attend the Misa de Gallo. A senior of mine and an ex colleague told me about it recently.
Most families (Christians in particular) will probably have a party at their place or attend their friends' or relatives' party. ^.^ As far as I know, it's not very big scale. Still waiting to be proved wrong! Oh! I should try to go for Christmas mass again. Usually I'll give it a miss. I am not too fond of the crowd though I love the carols.

Yeah. ^^; And when people you really care about don't listen to you, you get disappointed. I do lie to my parents, just white lies. not obvious lies, it just a matter of putting the correct words and giving out little details. Like when my mom asks, where I'm going, I'll tell her i'm going out with friends and that i won't take long, then add something like we need to meet for a group report or something (which is true) but we do something else aside from that like going karaoke after Uh, i don't think my cousins are going to be here this christmas... well, i'm not totally sure of that, my relatives pop out all of a sudden in our house without warning. LOL. My parents are not into letting me know that people will be at home. My parents usually inform me on that very day of the occasion which leaves me quite unprepared. :/ That's nice, are your relatives Filipinos? It's a shame, but I can't remember the last time I attended the misa di gallo. the church is packed with people during that time, and my family don't like to go to crowded places much. They prefer staying home. Yep. I like it when the choir sings, they make you really feel that christmas is really here. ^^

Lol speaking of lying, mum told me that there was an article about white (“social”) lies in the papers last Sunday. Haha better find that article before it disappears. I don’t know why but I find a book on lying and classifying lying entertaining.
=) How often do you karaoke? *g* *has told similar lies before* Do you feel twinge of guilt when you do?
That sounds unsettling though… in a good way? So how was your Christmas? Did they pop over? XDDD
=( No. Only friends.
*agrees* ^.^ Do you have any favorite Christmas songs/carols?

How do you find it entertaining? Wow, please tell me what that article says about lying. =) I don't karaoke much because i don't sing. I can't seem to find my voice when i'm in front of an audience. I do enjoy watching other people sing. Karaoke is a common way to celebrate occasions. We do so along with friends and lots of food to eat. I don't feel guilty when i karaoke, 'cause i always ask for permission that i'll be late before i join my friends. I feel a little guilty when lying. I only do it so that they won't worry and i'm not really doing anything bad behind their backs like joining a gang or taking drugs. just a few of us at home. Christmas music or disco music that will make you want to dance and food on the table is good enough for us. Ah, i like listening to Jose Mari Chan! His songs are really good! I enjoy listening to jingle bell rock! How about you?

I never really thought about the social dimensions of lying till I attempted to read a book called “Unfit for Printing”. Never finished it because I had to return it first. =) Yeah so seeing lying in a new light was highly amusing. Not too sure of the exact contents. ^^; I’ll have to check those books out myself. As for the article… Thanks for reminding me! *is very forgetful lately* *sighs*
Good point!
[o.O I always had the impression that you were the regular karaoke go-er… ]
Jingle Bell Rock is nice. I like Silent Night and Joy to the World too! No favorite singer though. =)

You really made me interested about lying. Maybe I'll search that on Ebook and download it. =3 You're not the only one who is forgetful (I'm also like that) You must be thinking or doing a lot of things. 0_0 LOL, no, what made you think i was a regular? I wish i was good at singing though. Almost all my friends know how. I'm quite shy when it comes to parties and i get really bored when i go somewhere alone or with someone i don't quite know. Those songs are good, too. Have you seen MEAN GIRLS? They have a funny performance of jingle bell rock. XD

How are you? Late Happy New Year!
Haha brooding more likely. Post New Year is just meh! I think the bug is affecting people around too. Could be worse. So I'm glad.
Found the e book yet? =P
O.o No I haven't. I have to check that out later.
