Signing Up
+ An announcement will be made about when the competition will start.
+ Sign up by submitting your username and number of characters you intend to enter in the competition in the signup sheet.
+ Make separate bios for each character. Two days before the start of the match, the moderators will pm you with the name of your opponent, the name of your arena and the type of nerfs that your character will be receiving. Reply the pm to let the moderators know if you accept the conditions of the match. Some nerfs are non-negotiable! So don’t push your luck.
+ You have up till two hour before the match to reply. If you don’t reply by then, you opponent wins by default.
The Match
+ There will be a post limit for each match. You’ll be informed of the post limit at the start of each match. For the tougher matches, your post limit will be increased. So don’t worry about not having enough of floor space. ^^
+ Once again, you are free to do whatever you like in the fight. However, since this is a competition, it would be preferred that you have a winner for each match. If it is a draw, none of you will be advancing to the next round. D= Sorry!
+ Each round of the competition should ideally not exceed two weeks. You have up to 10 days to wrap things up. We will be sending out reminders to all competitors on the 8th and 9th day of the competition. If you can’t finish by the 13th day, we will nominate the last poster to be the winner of that round, unless he or she wants his or her opponent to be the winner of that round.
+ If the arena thread is inactive for two days, the last poster will be declared the winner of the match. We had to reduce the waiting time because we have to be fair to the other competitors.
+ However, if you happen to have something on during your match, you are allowed to post pone the match for up to three days by leaving a message in the Competition Notification thread. This means that you have five days in total to continue and finish up your match.
Note: The signup sheet for the Competition will only be setup after the announcement has been made! Sorry...
