Where I will put up dreams I have had for others to read if they so wish.
---------------------------------
The dream: I'm a genius, not the first time this has happened to me. They, people that seem to need me, are testing on me. They set me up in this room where they have three robots. One is a paralyzing robot, the other two are cameras. They have some kind of cloaking on them, keeping them invisible, for the most part. The lady, long brown hair, a lab coat and a fake smile, leads me inside, telling me nothing. When I'm inside, she just leaves. I press myself against the wall across from these robots in time for them to be activated. I stay completely still as the one to paralyze turns towards me. It shoots, so I flinch, but, feeling nothing, I open my eyes in time to see a thin figure in orange, high-tech, armor running out the door to my right with the robot following following after it. When it's gone, I look back at the other two. I'm waiting for some kind of timing before I send a flash grenade their way. It freezes the first one, but not the second. I've already pushed off the wall towards them. I pause in time to use another flash grenade on it. By this time, though, the first robot is no longer stunned. I use another grenade to stun it, again. (It's a wonder why I didn't get stunned myself with my being so close.) I'm right on top of it and take off it's camera, these are basically camera's mounted on tripods that can move. The legs of the tripods look like spider's legs.
There is a couch across from me so I go and sit on it, trying to look nonchalant. I'm not entirely sure what right after that, but I do remember what happens next, vividly.
I look up to see a spider like thing on the wall where the wall joins the ceiling. I'm standing under it. Just like it's a boss from some RPG video game, it goes into this cut scene type thing where it zooms out and I can't move as he land over top of my head. This this isn't pretty. It's got freakishly long legs, the legs themselves are taller than I am. But his body is small, a little smaller than a chihuahua, and it looks like a mix between a spider, a human, and a scorpion. It has the body and butt like a spider with the exception of the length of his bottom, which is similar to a scorpion, though it still looks like a spiders. Though it still has pincers like a spider, it has eyes that look almost human in the sense that there is intelligence behind it. Back to the dream itself. When the spider lands above me, it tries to attack me with it's pincers first. These are the size of my head and can easily crush my scull. To defend against it I don't duck like I usually would, I block them with my hands instead. These things are large enough that I don't piece myself on the points of the pincers, so there's no harm there. Of course, he starts thrashing and hissing at me that I'll pay for what I did. Yes, he speaks. Yes, he is a male, and yes, he is the cameras. No, I don't know how that works. So, anyway, as he's thrashing he's also trying to get my face with his teeth, but of course, I'm extremely strong and I'm able to hold him firm in place.
Next, this thing tries to attack me with his stinger. I manage to grab hold of it at the base with two fingers but he ends up stinging my palm. I think that it will still poison me, but that it won't kill me. And I'm right. When I get a firm grip on his stinger, I end up smirking at him, thinking I've got a little of an upper hand. He then goes to smirk at me.
"I don't think so." He says to me, as he wraps two of his legs around my head. It goes into third person at this point and, though I don't see it, these words pop into my head. Something along the lines of 'Spinning blades'. It's like the name of a move. I know what he's doing and I try to get my hands up to block his legs but I'm too slow. His four other legs turn into blades and come together, taking my head off. It's still in third person, though I'm still connected to the body I'm controlling. I see my bloodied head fly off my body at the neck, my shocked expression still lingering on my face, my hands up and looking as if I'm about to try and reach for someone. I wake up just in time for me to think, as if I'm reading off the screen, 'Game over'.
When I wake up: When I wake up, which I'm sort of startled awake by my sudden death, my whole body is in this type of shock. At first, I can't move or feel much of my body. I kinda know that my hands are on my chest, but I don't know if they are outstretched like my dream or if they are just sitting there. I know my face is in the same kind of expression that it was in my dream, my eyes wide and my mouth hanging open slightly in a kind of 'o' shape. There are these pulses of energy, which feels really warm, that are going through different parts of my body as I lay like this. My body is still frozen. I've tried to move it, but I have this overload of energy, and adrenaline, pumping through it and it doesn't want to move at all. When that goes away, I'm still wide eyed and trembling. No, it's not cold. I'm really shaken up by this. When I move to get up to post this, I have to stop for a few minutes before reaching for my laptop because I'm trembling so badly. You know how, when girls in movies see something awesome like a murder in their face or something, and they sink to their knees and hold their arms as they start trembling? Well, that's what I did, except I was already sitting in bed. I was so scared, I started grabbing at my sheets. I don't know if it was for contact, something soft to hold onto that I know won't hurt me, or just so that I know I'm not dead by feeling something in my palms. I ended up grabbing a blanket of mine that was made by my great aunt and hugged it like a little girl. I'm usually so responsible and whatnot because I'm in charge of the house all day. I'm also really strong so I worry about losing my control or doing something stupid that will hurt someone. I don't usually feel like I'm sixteen. At that moment, though, I felt like I was six and the weakest little child on the planet. I've never felt so scared or weak before. Also, something you should know about me, in the dreams that I remember, I've had a ten story building give way under me, making me fall to the ground. I've had a tower blown up around me and fall to the ground we me in it. I've been blown up by a bomb to try and kill me. I've been hit by a motorcycle. All of this, and I've never died once. 'I never die in my dreams' that's always been my thing.
I died tonight, and it couldn't have scared me more.
Dreams have always been a part of my life, a big part. I believe there is something to dreams that's important, some message to tell you. So me dying in my dream tonight, it scares me more than anything else I can think of, aside from dying for real. Than again, dying in my dream tonight, felt real enough for me.
-------------------------------------------------
I know this isn't the best one to start out with, but it's the one I had tonight and I didn't want to put two dreams so close together on my 'Day to day' thread.
. . . . . . . I'm still scared. >.<'
