Tipperary, better known by most nowadays as just the Underground, is a lot more than just a slightly rundown city bordering Musehatten—residents and nonresidents alike know what this place is really all about. Everything here is run by an underground network of crime lords and a corrupt court system, from big businesses to small restaurants, from the police stations to the back alleys. Everyone in the Underground considers themselves to be above the law, and any attempt to correct them thus far has been in vain. The faint of heart would probably do best to steer clear of this place entirely.
All I really have to add aside from the blurb is the style of posting that will likely be executed here; if you're posting in one place and leave it, you change threads to where you're traveling to, as each thread will represent a different place within the city.
For instance, say you're RPing in The Back Alleys and you enter a building. Rather than continuing the RP in the thread for The Back Alleys, you will continue it in a thread for the building you have entered. This should make things seem a little less cluttered in the long run.
If anyone who decides to post here has a request for a thread, just post it here with a picture and a description and myself or Basil will get it posted.
