The apartments are small, but they're comfortable. Don't look out any windows if you don't want to get depressed. Despite it's posh sounding name, this apartment complex is located in one of the roughest parts of town, and even serves as home for members of the Tipperary Postal who have nowhere else to stay. Gang fights happen on daily basis!
