Granted, but the legions of pissed-off Twilight fans grow so foaming-at-the-mouth-crazy that they tear you to ribbons before turning their destructive wrath upon the rest of the world and finally themselves, effectively wiping out all life on Earth.

Granted, but you are captured and tortured and probed by curious scientists who keep you locked in a nuclear power plant to see what radiation does to you, and your fire breath makes the reactor explode, killing you and setting in course a nuclear winter that wipes out all life on Earth.
(that one was hard to make end with 'wipes out all life on earth' xD)
