LOL XD It is! And she's surprisingly good at them. Always favors violent games. XD It was Saint's Row, she talked me into playing the third one and it was surprisingly fun. *thinks Guildford has chickens, judging by a pic she saw**wants a chicken* Thank you again, guys. =)
That's such a prettyful banner. <3 I can't wait to see the movie.
OMG Lionhead just thanked me for something I said. *explodes in a cloud of fangirly glitter in a very Jareth-y manner*

I never ever ever, ever ever ever, ever ever EVER want to write this character again. He hurts my brains. Yet I know I'm going to have to at some point. ;_;

@rae: chickens are awesome. There are some chickens at a farm I sometimes walk through and sometimes they're just wandering around the yard and come and peck your feet. But I don't walk that walk often; it also involves walking through many fields of cows...
@comma: aww DX Well maybe it'll be easier now you've written him once? And I love love love your new format for Ergualph! It might just be the prettiest ever <3
Random: I have a scale of levels for Tolkien reading... Beginner: The Hobbit Intermediate: LotR Advanced: The Silmarillion Expert: Unfinished Tales Read at own risk: The Book of Lost Tales
this is a snippet of the latter's index: 'Thingol, Elu Thingol, Elwe Singollo, see Tinwe Linto, Tinwelint. Tinwe Linto, Tinwelint; Lord of the Solosimpi, who was lost on the Great Journey and became Lord of the Elves of Hisilóme; afterwards Thingol (replaced Linwe Tinto (earlier version of Tinwe Linto))'
...I think I need to know and understand everything in The Silmarillion back to front before proceeding... and it might be an idea to bring a ball of string and send a mass text telling people where I've gone.

@ Eli: I kind of doubt he will, he doesn't strike me as the sort of character that gets easier to write very quickly. Thankfully I won't need to write him much unless I go on a prequel frenzy...which I really truly hope doesn't happen. It's hard enough writing Ergualph before he became acquainted with psychopathy.... And thanks!~ -glomp- I think I'm all formatted out after that one, though. It took me an entire day and half a night to finish and I'm still doing random touch-ups on it....
I've fallen back into a writing mood, which I've no complaints about. Been poking around various fiction magazines and stumbled across Ellerey Queen and Weird Tales and a couple others. I'm particularly interested in Weird Tales; H.P. Lovecraft found fame in it in the 1920's, and its main purpose is still in publishing weird and totally out-there fiction of various genres.
As usual, I have less than a tenth of the faith other people seem to have in my writing abilities and am not expecting much of anything out of it, but I'll get pestered into it if I don't try of my own accord, so.... *sigh*

I'm supposed to unplug the game systems today. It feels blasphemous. But it's to make room for a 61in tv from a family friend...eh...this is difficult. Plus, I'm too lazy to plug them back in. This will not end well.

^Yes, Basil! That'd be amazing. And I don't think a 61" tv would even fit in my house...
Random: This holiday's just slipping away. It's like everyone's either already doing things with other people, or haven't the time/money/inclination to do anything. And without a car or decent public transport I can't get to the people who would do stuff. And my lethargy isn't helping, mind you it does wear you down when you ask people to do stuff with you and their answer is more often that not 'no' for one reason or another. At least mum breaks up on Friday; she'll drag me out to places.

Finish second draft of first-person short story you intend to send off to a writing magazine. Find and read long and detailed article on why first person short stories rarely make it into a specific magazine. Become incredibly paranoid and resolve to never even bother attempt being published and instead live as a hermit forevermore.
And I'm not even sure of how much I'm overdramatizing the last bit, because hermitage just seems more and more appealing every day, for various other reasons as well. Oy vey. My nerves did not need this. I guess I could always try anyway or write something else, but this has so completely killed my little tiny bit of enthusiasm that I just don't even know.

^ dramatization help vocalize our fears. *huggles* don't give up. It will be awfully sad if you don't publish your writing, and someday in the distant future, one of your relatives does. <.< You might be famous but you won't enjoy the fruits of your labor. :/ Not sure how you will feel about that... @eli: Love your post formats

Eeeeh....
I've started writing a different short story anyway. Not liking it as much, but at least something or other is keeping me writing, just not quite sure of what it is. *stares suspiciously at muses*
And agreed one hundred percent. Prettiest formats ever. -heartpanda-

Thank you both But I still think Comma's are prettier XD Mind you I suppose once you've been staring at something for hours you're bound to like something else more. As soon as you're trying to publish your stuff you have to compromise :/ until you get famous and can publish whatever the hell you want of course. And why do my muses have to wear difficult outfits? I may have a 3rd RP muse who fills a personality gap left by the others but I haven't a hope in heck of finding a double for him. Maybe this'll be the insentive to really practice drawing people that I need. He has medium-long hair tied back with a ribbon, wears waistcoats and Victorian coats and sometimes straps his musket across his back; has anoyone seen a picture/piece of artwork remotely like that? I'm going for just head and shoulders but shoulders will show the fashion he's wearing... if not then I'm not surprised but it would be a great help.

Might be selling a guitar or two and an amp soon =\ Money situation at the moment is not good, at all. I may also be without internet for roughly a week as advance warning; I'll let you know for sure once I know.
@eli, I'll keep an eye out. I'm having similar pains with a match for a new muse myself, so I'm all over hollow-art and listal and deviantart and tumblr and etc etc looking for matches; I'm bound to run into something for yours. I'm just going to end up having to learn to photoshop bowler hats onto people for mine ~_~ picky bastard.
On the upside, I'm actually glad my brother talked me into watching the Underworld movies, as I may have found an even better match for my sort of longest-running and probably least obedient muse through the first movie of said series, right down to style of dress...though subtracting the left side of him being skeletal and the giant batwing bones. And I'm still not sure what the heck this guy is trying to do with his accent. Irish? American? Russian? Just stick with the Irish, guy. Irish makes everything better.
Oh well, I found a match~
BWAHAHAHA.

^ The oldest muses are frequently the least obedient. And difficult to find doubles for. Just wait till December; then mine'll be sorry for all the unsolicited jabs he's made at me -evil grin- That's great you've found a new double! And good luck on your most recent muse, and thanks for keeping an eye-out for me! I was snooping around listal just now but didn't get too far because I don't know which tags it might be under. >.< And my 'huge brainwave' of searching dA for Armand fanart hasn't really worked...
I want to watch the Underworld films now, but at the moment a transcript of the script for deleted scenes from the Interview with the Vampire film - some complete with stills; some were filmed but have now disappeared why?! DX - has given me too many Louis & Lestat feels to do anything.

Internet probably won't be shut off. Epic sigh of relief in the form of my dad loaning the family a few hundred dollars from the insurance money he got after a tree fell on the corner of his house and squished part of his tool shed.
@ Rae: RAE!! -flomp-
@ Eli: Well, my actual oldest muse isn't quite so bad @_@ The one I've actually been aware of for the longest, however...
Yeeaah, that's the trouble with listal, it's a bit more difficult to search. I usually find a match on hollow-art, then search them on listal or tumblr for larger and better-quality images.
Underworld is more of an action movie than anything, but it's not horrible super-fast pacing like most action movies and I liked it a bit more than I expected I would. One of the highest points of the whole film was still the presence of Bill Nighy, since I just love Bill Nighy. I found Michael Sheen's forehead and Shane Brolly's struggle to settle on one accent somewhat distracting throughout the film >_> but I'm just odd. And I still need to watch Interview with a Vampire.... It's only been on Netflix for forever. Hmm.
Thanks ^.^ Good luck to you as well. I've actually sort of found a match for my new one. A couple, actually. Still erring on the second, but I'll probably have to use him. The first I found is almost perfect, so perfect I'd quite like to ask permission of the photographer to use it as a cover for a particular novel once I'm finished with it; but as it was just a random amateur model in a deviantart photo who was only credited by first name, I haven't found him again. T-T
