Out of all the celebrities I've heard of, Strify, the lead singer from Cinema Bizarre, looks the most like Phoenix, especially in a poster that's round my friend's house. I can't find it on the internet though but I think he's wearing the same outfit for the poster and this video.
Obviously, Phoenix doesn't have any piercings - he is from Middle Earth after all. His face is thinner, too-

[Okay, so for NaNo Phoenix has dumped a plot on me that revolves around a mortal character based om himself. I've only agreed to it in the hope that the story won't change again. Leaf's furious that I'm not writing his story so to shut him up I've had to let him help us with this one, therefore he 's kind of an under-muse who'll be kicking around for a while. Let's hope he and Phoenix manage not to kick each other's heads in. >< Anything Leaf says will be in green, though from past experience I don't think Phoenix will let what he says be posted here unless what we say won't make sense otherwise. Good lord, I really with my muse wasn't quite so paranoid.
